Position Overview:
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join their client's dynamic team in California. This role is vital in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-tier talent that aligns with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a passion for building relationships and fostering a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules, feedback, and decision-making processes.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through timely communication and support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a corporate recruiting or talent acquisition role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 1st shift

Additional Details:
Compensation: $38 - $42 per hour
